- Bulgur wheat
- Leafy green vegetables
- Cabbage
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Nuts
- Oats
- Fruit like apples, pears, blackberries and raspberries.
If you like drinking fruit juices, a better option would be to eat the whole fruit to ensure you’re getting the fibre too.
